Michel Vitalta was a prolific and well admired French artist originally from Marseille. Vilalta was born in 1871 and died in 1942 and is best known for his landscapes. It soberly colours the creeks of Marseille from which it originates. He depicts many views of seashores, quays, and urban landscapes of the south.
